Krueger Sentry Gauge is a trusted leading provider of custom tank gauges. For over 80 years, clients across all major industries have turned to Krueger for high-quality gauge monitors, liquid-level gauges, configurators, and more.
Our engineering teams have produced over 4 million gauges for myriad industrial applications. All of our gauges are American-made, with components produced in-house or by Krueger’s trusted domestic partners.
Krueger gauges can be used with a wide range of petroleum-based fluids and non-aggressive chemicals, such as hydraulic oil, diesel or gasoline, and transmission fluid. To guarantee long-lasting performance, we use the following American-made materials:
Choose from our five standard classes of gauges to find or develop the right equipment for your team’s applications.
S1 stainless steel rods are built to withstand exposure to mildly aggressive liquids, including citric acid, methanol, and windshield washer fluid. These steel rods offer good corrosion resistance in standard applications.
S2-level stainless gauges are built from stainless floats, stainless rods, and aluminum bushing. This means every wetted component, or components that make regular contact with fluid, are built to resist corrosion. As a result, these gauges can withstand exposure to the following types of fluids:
For longer-lasting protection, choose from our level 3 gauges. We offer both fully stainless metal options and all-plastic gauges for environments with fluids that react to any metal presence. S3 gauges are compatible with the above fluids, as well as:
Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) plastic gauges are specially developed for use in acidic environments that can damage metal. Each gauge has HDPE floats, a PVC bushing, and a PEEK body. Because of their unique material construction, plastic gauges work well in applications where bleach, ferric chloride, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid may be present.
Kynar® plastic gauges have HDPE floats, a PVC busing, and a plastic body. Kynar® plastic gauges cannot be constructed to reach the same tank depths as other materials and have a maximum reach of 76 inches. However, they are compatible with chlorine, non-concentrated sulfuric acid, and other chemically harsh fluids.
Companies choose Krueger Sentry Gauge because of our commitment to using high-quality materials and providing custom solutions. We create versatile, durable products that perform in even the difficult commercial and industrial projects. We bring value to customers across industries by building the following into our services and offerings:
Clients can choose from a wide range of material options, starting with our standard plastic tops. We provide different types and options to handle different environmental stresses such as physical damage, sun exposure, and extreme temperatures.
Choose from versatile options like our plastic tops with glass liners. The glass liner increases resistance to heat and UV damage, internal fumes from nearby fluids, and other environmental damage.
Our solid glass calibration (SGC) options are built for outdoor applications. This process ensures the longest possible calibration without adverse effects from fumes, UV radiation, heat, and the elements.
Choose custom tank gauges you can rely on from Krueger. Our gauge monitors are highly versatile, and we can work with your team to develop the right tools for your unique needs.
