Turning

Krueger Sentry Gauge offers turning services in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a type of lathe machining process which typically employs a non-rotary tool bit to describe a helix tool path by moving linearly while the workpiece rotates. This process is ideal for producing rotational, often axis-symmetric, parts with numerous features like holes, grooves, threads, tapers, diameter steps, and even contoured surfaces. Our selection of turning machines allows us to execute both high-volume production runs of 500 parts as well as one-piece projects to customer-driven specifications.

These machines include:

  • DMG Mori NLX 2500 with Y-Axis & Sub Spindle
  • More Seiki NLX 2500Y
  • Okuma Captain L370
  • Clausing Colchester Lathe
