Turning

Krueger Sentry Gauge offers turning services in the Wisconsin area. This is a type of lathe machining process which typically employs a non-rotary tool bit to describe a helix tool-path by moving linearly while the workpiece rotates. This process is ideal for producing rotational, often axis-symmetric, parts with numerous features like holes, grooves, threads, tapers, diameter steps and even contoured surfaces. Our selection of turning machines allows us to execute both high volume production runs of 500 parts as well as one-piece projects to customer driven specifications.

These machines include:

  • DMG Mori NLX 2500 with Y Axis & Sub Spindle
  • More Seiki NLX 2500Y
  • Okuma Captain L370
  • Clausing Colechester Lathe
