This model of level gauge (Stainless Level Two) replaces the standard galvanized wetted rods and the plastic floats with stainless steel wetted rods and stainless steel floats.  Thus increasing the gauge's compatibility with different types of liquids.

Some examples of liquids this level gauge is used to measure include: Acetone, Bio Diesel Fuel, Antifreeze, MEK, and more.

This mechanical tank level gauge is custom made in house to fit your tank.  Our flexible production facility allows for custom sizes that range from 6 inches to 120 inches in total length.  We can also manufacture the level gauge to accommodate for double walls and pipe risers.

Type D Tank Level Gauge Models

• Standard Tank Gauge Construction - Plastic Calibration, HDPE Lock Nut, Duro Nitrile Gasket, Aluminum Bushing, Galvanized Steel Rods, HDPE Floats.
• D-SSR Tank Gauge - The galvanized steel wetted rods are replaced with stainless steel wetted rods.
• PD Chemical Tank Gauge - This entire gauge is made of plastic.  The bushing is PVC, the rods are PEEK or Kynar, and the Float is HDPE.
