This model of liquid level monitor (Stainless Level One) replaces the standard galvanized wetted rods with stainless steel wetted rods, increasing the compatibility with different types of liquids. Plus, with a few accessories, the gauge can become an audible alarm or a remote level monitor.

This mechanical liquid level tank monitor is custom made in house to fit your tank.  Our flexible production process allows for custom sizes that range from 6 inches to 144 inches in total length.  We can also customize the tank level monitor to accommodate for double walls and pipe risers.

Type D Tank Monitor Models

  • Standard Level Monitor Construction - Plastic Calibration, HDPE Lock Nut, Duro Nitrile Gasket, Aluminum Bushing, Galvanized Steel Rods, HDPE Floats.
  • D-SSR-SSF Level Monitor - HDPE Float becomes stainless steel, and galvanized rods become stainless steel.
  • PD Level Monitor - This entire gauge is made of plastic.  The bushing is PVC, the rods are PEEK or Kynar, and the Float is HDPE.
